RGD 48" Scoped Rifle & Gun Case - Floating & Waterproof Shell

Purchased this case last season but didn't have a chance to use it. Fast forward to this season and on my hunting trip the zipper failed. It took Forever to get it back on but now only zips partially and separates easily leaving my rifle exposed. Seems the case needs to be a tad wider for a scoped rifle.

Seemed to be too tight for a 20” Christensen Arms 6.5 Creedmoor. Felt like the zipper would possibly be damaged when you zip it closed. Other than that, I think it will be ok. I haven’t used it yet in the field. Headed to Canada and that will be the real test.

Had a small issue at first but the owners went way above and beyond to correct it. I could not have been more impressed with the customer service. I would definitely purchase more of their products and recommend to others

In response to my review on 10/20/24. I had a zipper issue with my case and wrote a review stating the disappointment of the zipper failure. I didn't even have to call them, they instantly sent me out a new case the following day. I really like the case otherwise and they said the new one is an inch taller which should fix the issue. I really appreciate the great customer service, it's hard to find companies that stand behind their product like that.

The second time I used the case one of the zippers came off the track and is impossible to get back on. I will be sending it back for a replacement. I would recommend that you guys make the case wider. I have a 3x18-50 scope and you can barely zip up the case. I like the case but it just needs a little more depth to be able to zip up more easily.
