No-Hassle Warranty & Refund

WARRANTY: Most RGD products, unless otherwise noted in the item description, come with a no-hassle limited LIFETIME warranty against defect for the original purchaser. This includes the full line of PVC/TPU cases, bags, duffels and luggage.

If a defect or failure occurs as the result of intended use during this period we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part(s). Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or neglect, and cosmetic damage are not warranted. We will make every effort to replace your product with the same or equivalent. However, if a product is discontinued you may instead be offered an equivalent RGD product of equal or greater value than the original. 

Clearance items, or those sold through outlets or overstock sites are not warranted.

REFUNDS: If you are dissatisfied with your RGD product within 30 days of purchase date we offer a full refund less any shipping charges. Products must be returned in original packaging with any supporting documentation, tags, etc. still intact in as-new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
