Great bags and even better customer service!

I picked up the 120L bag a little while ago to keep all my gear in 1 spot and ready to go out the door at a moments notice. Everything I needed fit perfectly. 8x8 tarp, sleeping bag, clothes for 14 days and an extra pair of boots. On my first assignment I had this year I took the 120L bag with me, it unfortunately broke…it was still usable and I still continue to use it. One of the backpack straps ripped clean off along with one of the compression straps. Neither of them effecting the bags capability to keep dust and water out of my bag. I planned on just using the bag the way it was since the whole reason I got it was to keep my belongings clean and dry (the bag does both) and it still functioned just fine. I decided to send in an email expressing what happened, Jeff got back to me very quickly and sent another bag my way without asking questions. I would recommend this bag and I have recommended it to quite a few people and they have loved theirs as well. 10/10 bag and 11/10 customer service!

Perfect! Heavy duty. Will be buying 2 more to strap to my roof rack. Looking forward to my next road trip with these.

Definitely a nice bag.

Worked as advertised on our first campout of the season on the bikes. I like the whole zipper idea over the roll-top type dry bag. Somehow some wet got in my wife's Touratech bag but my gear was nice and dry after Friday's ride in the rain. The 70L was large enough to store my helmet and riding pants when empty, freeing up space in the tent.

Very well built.

The only thing more I could ask for are the addition of a few molle attachment points. Otherwise, no disappointment whatsoever. I am using this bag for search and rescue purposes so I'm a little concerned about hearing how the zipper came off on another customer's bag. There is no room for failure in this work. Did the entire zipper come off or just the zipper pull?
