Very well built.

The only thing more I could ask for are the addition of a few molle attachment points. Otherwise, no disappointment whatsoever. I am using this bag for search and rescue purposes so I'm a little concerned about hearing how the zipper came off on another customer's bag. There is no room for failure in this work. Did the entire zipper come off or just the zipper pull?

Better Than All The Rest

My wife and I each purchased a Rugid duffel, a 70L and a 90L. These things are truly exceptional. We purchased them for a 16-day, 250-mile self-guided rafting trip through the Grand Canyon. We considered other bags, but none of them had the features the Rugid Duffels have, especially the quality build and easy access, something i couldn't find in other fully waterproof bags.

We're currently on a tour of the national parks in the western U.S., and we both decided to use the duffels instead of suitcases because they're so versatile.

The great thing about them is the fact that, once packed and zipped tight, you can open the air valve and squeeze all the air out, so even if you don't use their full capacity (I didn't with the 90L), it's not taking up so much space like a suitcase. But what truly shows their quality build is that the air is still completely out of the bag even after 12 hours! These are not only waterproof, they're air proof.

Thank you so much for making such a quality product!

Just a few tiny problems

I used this bag for a 20-day Grand Canyon trip, and it held up great until the very last day when the zipper came off. I can't blame the product, the Grand Canyon is just a very sandy place. The included zipper lube was very thoughtful, and helped a lot with keeping the zipper operating smoothly. When I inquired with the company whether or not the damage was covered under warranty, they were very helpful in obtaining a replacement bag. Very pleasant people to deal with who stand behind their product. The only other ding is that the outer pockets did nothing to keep water out, and I ended up with a rusty Leatherman. For the price I think it's worth it rather than an NRS

?

Not one picture of the inside and not once shown in the video. For that reason alone I won't even try one.
